الجزيرة في الذكرى 15 لانطلاقتها ما قدمت و ما سوف تقدم

في مساء يوم الاحد من تاريخ 30/10/2011 قامت شبكة الجزيرة بمؤتمر صحفي لإطلاق احتفالات الجزيرة بالذكرى وبالتعاون مع وزارة الثقافة و التراث.

ضم المؤتمر الصحفي كل من مدير العام الجديد لشبكة الجزيرة الشيخ أحمد بن ثامر ال ثاني و وزير وزارة الثقافة و التراث الدكتور حمد بن عبد العزيز الكواري.

ومن اهم النشاطات التي أعلن عنها والتي سوف تقوم بها الجزيرة بالتعاون مع وزارة الثقافة و التراث هي :

دراسات حول تأثير قنوات الجزيرة وسوف تقام احتفالية تحت شعار شاعر الحرية بأشراف المري و يشاركه شعراء من مختلف الوطن العربي ولقد تم اختيار اثنا عشر شاعرا و فرقة موسيقية من تونس.

وسوف تكون هناك مسرحية مرمرة يشرف عليه سالم الجحوشي و هذه المسرحية عبارة عن تلخيص لما حصل لسفينة مرمرة التي كانت متجها الى غزة وشارك فيها كل من ممثلين تركيين و عرب.

و إصدار كتاب الجزيرة قصة نجاح يحتوي على كتابات لأشخاص مشهورين و للعاملين في الجزيرة و يحتوي الكتاب على صور و قصص حصريه تعرض لأول مره بالعربي والانجليزي و كتاب شهر في ضيافة القذافي و يحكي هذا الكتاب قصة اعتقال طاقم الجزيرة من قبل القذافي و سوف يكون جاهزا ليباع في معرض الكتاب و سوف يكون بالنسختين العربية و الاجنبية .

كما أن مركز الجزيرة للتدريب سوف يقدم دورة بالتعاون مع الجزيرة ويضم لجنة تحكيم من داخل اجزيرة وسوف يتم منه اختيار وجوه جديدة لتلفزيون الجزيرة.

وفي نهاية الاحتفال اتيح للصحفيين مجال لطرح الاسئلة و جاءت الاسئلة تساؤلات عن الادراة الجديدة للجزيرة و نظرت المدير العام لهذه القناة كمواطن قطري وعن تعاون الجزيرة مع وزارة الثقافة و الفنون.

Fishing in Qatar

Fishing is the most popular hobbies and movements in Qatar actually hunting explored before discover the oil. Fisherman is hunting in the sea. For instance, Al-Wakrah ,Seline and Khor Al Edaid which are the famous places for fishing in Qatar. However, The Qatar’s government puts some rules and regulations to protect the fisherman from outside dangerous and to increase of marine resources.  People still need the sea food to provide of self-sufficiency in food .They could buy fishes from fish factories (Al-Chaprh) ,nevertheless ,Qatar people prefer entering in the sea ,caching the perfect place for hunting and preparing the instruments  for fishing  better than Buying the fish from Al-Chaprh because the  price of fish is rise depending on the type and source of fish. Hunting the fish usually is inherited from ancient until this decade and Qatari still adhere to the profession of fish, beside People often benefit from fish in the nutritional and economic especially nowadays most of people take what they want of the fish to fill their needs ,and they offer the rest for sale to raise the level of income. Fishing needs unique tool and the perfect seasons to collect the fish.

        One of the Qatari people who used his talent for a material needs is, Fisherman Abdulaziz Al-Malki . He is always fishing in the Khor City. Al-Malki said that he had a love of fishing from an early age, but he did not practice this hobby only after he became twenty years old. Al-Malki also said that the main reason that made him exercise this talent is the high prices of fish of various kinds. He believes that the current price of fish is reasonable and confirms that they did not reach this level before. And the high prices of fish related to increase the salaries of citizens. He added that the fishing earned him the love of adventure and experience through using of various tools for fishing. In this regard, he said that the tools used in fishing back to the past (time of grandparents).  Examples of these tools are;   fishing nets and pistol fishing (gun). Where he gave an explanation of these tools, the first tool (Fishing Nets) made of cotton and nylon yarns that are linked together in a grid ( as network ).

         According to Al-Malki's comments; these nets are installed in the sea in the form of a letter U, and the fish that are caught by this tool are all kinds, especially Alsafi , Albedh ,Algrgofan ,Alrbeb and Alynm. In addition, he provided a detailed explanation of the second tool (pistol or gun fishing). This pistol to catch fish by diving into the depth to find fish and then firing the gun on the body of fish .                .                                                                                        

        Another Qatari fisherman is Mohamed Bin Ali. He always is fishing in the Al-Wakrah city. He is the fisherman who benefited from his love of the sea and fishing in order to self reliance for the marine food and also benefit from the sale of fish to be a second source of monthly income. He used other tools for fishing. For example, Gargoors and Electronic device .                                                                                  

         According to Bin Ali ; the first tool (Gargoors) are like the iron wires in the form of  a cage where the fisherman put pieces of  bread or small fish to be food to attract the big fish into the cage such as : Hamor , Alshree and Fasker. He added that the second tool (Electronic device) is a modern technology that used to search for the places of fish. Also, he said that this tool is easy to use and find the fish very quickly. At the end of his speech , he assumes that this tool is the best for catching a large number of fish that will bring a great profit in the business of selling fish.                                     

        

In conclusion, Qatar has a best beaches and places where the fisherman could be fishing and exercising his avocation. To safeguard fishermen from dangers of the sea the Qatar government presents some laws to care for the safety of persons and preserve of marine resources. Fishermen still follow the old ways of fishing as well as they are using the modern technologies. The features of modern technologies are catching a large quantity of fish, processing easily for the fisherman, do not need much effort and taking a short time in fishing which helps to get amount of fish.

Differ wheels & dead roads

      Traffic accidences are increasing. This is happening for several reasons. These reasons include; overcrowded roads speed the inability of the driver control the car, and obstruction by something like an animal or a person or things to be found on the public highway or roads. Traffic accidents happens without prior planning by multiple cars and causes financial loss and human life at the same time, loss of public property and permanent disability. The thesis is Incidents in general, sealine -a place in Doha- accidents, and the impact of the law to prevent the type of car wheels "Bwaleen" in reducing the rate of accidents.

         Traffic accidents increased significantly in recent years, for several reasons, including the increase in population. The population has reached 1700.374 in 2009, where it was before the resort of foreign workers and immigrants to Qatar was 743,000 and in 2004. This is one of the reasons that lead to more accidents. One of the reasons also that the narrow roads do not accommodate such a large number of cars. Traffic law also does not allow youth under 18 years to have a driving license. They are too young unable to control the car and practise reckless driving. Also, there are other reasons, including concern the driver and non-compliance of traffic laws, aggressive driving, lack of maintenance of the car, and road conditions such as road works. The lacks of safety factors while the presence of road workers and weather conditions of rain and fog and sand. We can reduce accidents by alerting young people about  dangers of road and make them aware things that can be avoided to reduce accidents and save lives, such as; is to practice for safer driving in bad weather conditions and slowing down  in places where traffic or pedestrian crossings and public places for example; Corniche.

 

           Accidents in the sealine became a weekly problem. We hear in these days several of deaths especially in this region, which was originally a tourist area for recreation and entertainment for families. It has now become the region of death for young people and young children and the reason for young men trying to be “the best driver”. It was one example of the accidents in the accident sealine on the second day of Eid al-Adha. An accident occurred, one of the youths age 16 years had caused the accident by speed of the car from the top of a hill where the vehicle overturned and caused a break in the hands. After that the young man went into a coma for two days. He was underwent four operations and the last operation took 8 hours ,and now he is very upset with his situation and left the young people to reduce the speed and the review in sealine and others.

           The research has revealed the causes of the accidents in State of Qatar, happen because of the use "Bwaleen" and other bad tire wheels. In January 2010, replacements of tires have been applied, including the new traffic law and prevent the installation of "Bwaleen" violation of this type of Tire.  The dangers caused by “Bwaleen" that it doesn’t bear high temperature, and also it causes accidents while disabling the car suddenly in full. The impact of the law to prevent the "Bwaleen" has reduced the rate of accidents significantly. Views of some people “Men” that the reason to prevent this type of tire is the misuse of these young adults, the importation also had led some young adults to take the “Bwaleen” from outside the country because it helps them greatly to the races and reviews. They cannot stand up because it is this type of almost flat and there is no any treading. They cannot be stop used this type of wheels because these wheels are rest good for re creation when they go to the desert, and racing.

           In conclusion, traffic safety is achieved by educating the community and youth on the dangers of accidents, their causes so they have knowledge about dangers of the roads and educating young people by all means, and methods as the traffic and patrols department uses awareness through the internet. This has positive impact on young people and has also become the online world is an integral part of their lives, through the Internet were able to reach the largest possible segment of them, counseling and outreach to them. As the religion of Islam calls for self-preservation and human dimension for damaging themselves and to others, and here we can all commit to uphold the rules of law and ethics of traffic laws that are beneficial for everyone.

سلسلة أحتفاليات الجزيرة لذكرى الـ15

  نظمت شبكة الجزيرة الإعلامية في يوم  الثلاثاء الموافق 18من أكتوبر مؤتمراً صحفياً بمناسبة إحتفالياتها لذكرى الخامسة عشرة لانطلاقها، التي تتضمن هذا العام العديد من الأنشطة الداخلية والخارجية والفعاليات المختلفة، وتمتد إلى منتصف  شهر نوفمبر القادم.

      وقد حضر المؤتمر كل من الدكتور حمد بن عبد العزيز الكواري وزير الثقافة والفنون، والشيخ أحمد بن جاسم آل ثاني مدير عام  شبكة الجزيرة الإعلامية. والسيد منير الدائمي رئيس اللجنة العليا لأحتفالات الجزيرة ويحضر العديد من الضيوف والشخصيات المهمة.

      في البداية كشف الشيخ أحمد بن جاسم آل ثاني، عن الفعاليات الرئيسية لأحتفال "يوم الجزيرة" لهذا العام، وذاكراً أن هذة الذكرى تتزامن مع تحولات في الساحة العربية. ومما وقع المسؤلين بقناة الجزيرة إلى أستحضار موضوع "الحرية" في كل الفعاليات تتضمنها أحتفالات الجزيرة بمناسبة مرورها 15عاماً على أنطلاقتها. وحيث تنوعت الفعاليات منها (مسابقة البحث، الحفل مستوحياً شكل غرفة الأخبار، شاعر الحرية، اليوم العائلي، مسرحية مرمرة، أوبريت الحرية، أصدار كتاب بعنوان "الجزيرة..قصة نجاح"، معرض الجزيرة لصور " الحرية"، الفن التشكيلي تحت عنوان "ملتقى الجزيرة").

فعاليات الجزيرة التي حدثت على مدار العام

     نظم مركز الجزيرة للدراسات مسابقة البحث لشباب بالتعاون مع جامعة قطر والتي تقدم إليها 350 باحثاً حول العالم وتم التحكيم عليها من قبل لجنة التحكيم في جامعة قطر، وسيتم نشر جميع البحوث من خلال مركز الجزيرة للدراسات والبحوث.

    وكما ذكر أن الحفل الرئيسي سيقام هذا العام في شكل مختلف مستوحياً شكل غرفة الأخبار، ويعرض خلاله فلم ثلاثي الأبعاد عن الجزيرة وهو الأول من نوعة بعنوان " القصة بقية".

     أما في أحتفالية "شاعر الحرية" التي يشارك فيها نحو 500 شاعراً من مختلف أنحاء الوطن العربي، يشرف عليها محمد المري المسؤل عن لجنة أختيار الشعراء، وستتألف لجنة التحكيم من أربعة أدباء وكتاب عرب وهم: حمد الزكيبا، جمال بخيت، والشاعر جمال الصليعي، وسمير قديسات؛ ليتم إختيار ثلاثة شعراء فائزين سيقومون بإحياء أمسية شعرية يوم 2نوفمبر بأرض المعارض بمشاركة الشاعر تميم البرغوثي. وستشارك فرقة تونسية بتقدم فقرات غنائية أثناء الأمسية.

    كما ستقدم شبكة الجزيرة اليوم العائلي الموافق 8 نوفمبر تشرف عليه عائشة التركي برنامج ترفيهي وتعليمي. وأيضاً سيتم عرض مسرحية "مرمرة" والتي ستعرضها فرقة مسرحية الجزيرة يوم الحادي عشر من نوفمبر على مسرح قطر الوطني وفي تركيا، وغزة بثلاثة لغات: العربية، التركية، والأنجليزية.  وهذا النشاط بالتعاون من وزارة الثقافة والتراث وبرعاية الأعلامين ومن صحيفة الشرق. حيث تتناول تغطية الجزيرة لاسطول الحرية الذي أنطلق لكسر الحصار على قطاع غزة، كما تصور لنا معانات الناشطين الذين كانوا على متن السفينة أثناء أعتراضها من قبل الأسرائلين واستمر عرضها لمدة 4أيام.

     وفي إطار تلك الفعاليات سيقوم عدة فنانين عرب بالمشاركة في تقديم "أوبريت الحرية" ومنهم: علي الحجاز، وإيمان البحر درويش، ومليحة التونسية، ومجد القاسم، وعيسى الكبيسي.

الأصدارات

      ستصدر الشبكة كتاباً بالغتين العربية والأنجليزية بعنوان "الجزيرة..قصة نجاح"، سيتناول مسيرة الشبكة وأهم المراحل التي مرت بها خلال عقد ونصف. وكما تقدم 83 قصة من أكثر القصص المميزة التي عرضتها شبكة الجزيرة. ويكتبها من هم جزءاً من القصة يكتشفون عن كيف تغيرت حياتهم بسبب تغطية الجزيرة ومعناتهم كما يعرض الكتاب لتطور الشبكة وقنواتها المختلفة، ويشارك فيها نخبة من المفكرين والسياسيين وأصحاب القرار للجزيرة ودورها في نقل الحقيقة والحدث.

      وكما يتضمن الكتاب بالحديث عن بعض الشخصيات التي برزت من خلال تقارير الجزيرة وتغطياتها أمثال أحمد الحفناوي الملقب بأحمد هرمنا، واللحظات الأخيرة من حياة المصور علي حسن الجابر ويشرف على طباعته وتحريرة سمير الشمايلة وسيصدر قريباً. كما ستوزع في هذة المناسبة مجلة "الجزيرة" مع جريدة الشرق وهي إصدار خاص بالفعاليات بالغتين العربية والأنجليزية.

معارض الجزيرة

   ومن فعاليات الجزيرة معرض الجزيرة لصور " الحرية" الذي سيقام في كتارا 3نوفمبر بمشاركة عشرات المصورين المحترفين والهواه من داخل الجزيرة وكما تم التعاون مع الجمعية القطرية التصوير الضوئي. وأيضاً فعاليات الفن التشكيلي تحت عنوان "ملتقى الجزيرة" للفن الثامن الذي يشارك فيها أشهر الفنانين والرسامين القطرين والعرب والأجانب من جميع الثقافات، حيث يقوم الفنانون المشاركون في الفعاليات برسم لوحات بمناسبة الذكرى الخامسة عشرة لانطلاق الجزيرة، ومن ثم تعرض في الحي الثقافي (كتارا) في السادس من نوفمبر.

وأنتهى المؤتمر بمقولة وزير الثقافة "أن الجزيرة أصبحت مفخرة من مفاخر العرب والقطريين والجميع يفخر بها".
