      Traffic accidences are increasing. This is happening for several reasons. These reasons include; overcrowded roads speed the inability of the driver control the car, and obstruction by something like an animal or a person or things to be found on the public highway or roads. Traffic accidents happens without prior planning by multiple cars and causes financial loss and human life at the same time, loss of public property and permanent disability. The thesis is Incidents in general, sealine -a place in Doha- accidents, and the impact of the law to prevent the type of car wheels "Bwaleen" in reducing the rate of accidents.

         Traffic accidents increased significantly in recent years, for several reasons, including the increase in population. The population has reached 1700.374 in 2009, where it was before the resort of foreign workers and immigrants to Qatar was 743,000 and in 2004. This is one of the reasons that lead to more accidents. One of the reasons also that the narrow roads do not accommodate such a large number of cars. Traffic law also does not allow youth under 18 years to have a driving license. They are too young unable to control the car and practise reckless driving. Also, there are other reasons, including concern the driver and non-compliance of traffic laws, aggressive driving, lack of maintenance of the car, and road conditions such as road works. The lacks of safety factors while the presence of road workers and weather conditions of rain and fog and sand. We can reduce accidents by alerting young people about  dangers of road and make them aware things that can be avoided to reduce accidents and save lives, such as; is to practice for safer driving in bad weather conditions and slowing down  in places where traffic or pedestrian crossings and public places for example; Corniche.

 

           Accidents in the sealine became a weekly problem. We hear in these days several of deaths especially in this region, which was originally a tourist area for recreation and entertainment for families. It has now become the region of death for young people and young children and the reason for young men trying to be “the best driver”. It was one example of the accidents in the accident sealine on the second day of Eid al-Adha. An accident occurred, one of the youths age 16 years had caused the accident by speed of the car from the top of a hill where the vehicle overturned and caused a break in the hands. After that the young man went into a coma for two days. He was underwent four operations and the last operation took 8 hours ,and now he is very upset with his situation and left the young people to reduce the speed and the review in sealine and others.

           The research has revealed the causes of the accidents in State of Qatar, happen because of the use "Bwaleen" and other bad tire wheels. In January 2010, replacements of tires have been applied, including the new traffic law and prevent the installation of "Bwaleen" violation of this type of Tire.  The dangers caused by “Bwaleen" that it doesn’t bear high temperature, and also it causes accidents while disabling the car suddenly in full. The impact of the law to prevent the "Bwaleen" has reduced the rate of accidents significantly. Views of some people “Men” that the reason to prevent this type of tire is the misuse of these young adults, the importation also had led some young adults to take the “Bwaleen” from outside the country because it helps them greatly to the races and reviews. They cannot stand up because it is this type of almost flat and there is no any treading. They cannot be stop used this type of wheels because these wheels are rest good for re creation when they go to the desert, and racing.

           In conclusion, traffic safety is achieved by educating the community and youth on the dangers of accidents, their causes so they have knowledge about dangers of the roads and educating young people by all means, and methods as the traffic and patrols department uses awareness through the internet. This has positive impact on young people and has also become the online world is an integral part of their lives, through the Internet were able to reach the largest possible segment of them, counseling and outreach to them. As the religion of Islam calls for self-preservation and human dimension for damaging themselves and to others, and here we can all commit to uphold the rules of law and ethics of traffic laws that are beneficial for everyone.
